Non-specialist users
Welcome to the course which was originally designed for NSW Education students, but which is now available to users on other campuses. This has come about because of many requests from lecturers, and from students wishing to brush up on their grammar.
Parts 1-3 are based on teaching and learning functional grammar and this approach may not be relevant to Education students in other states, or to the general user. We recommend therefore that you start at Part 4 (Clauses) which follows a much more traditional approach to grammar.
Please do the evaluation. It is anonymous and we really need your feedback to improve or change the course if necessary.
